Check-in starts at 15:00 and ends at 12:00. If you would like to extend your check-in time, please contact reception.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. On your request, we can prepare breakfast at an earlier time, please contact the reception desk by 5:00 p.m. the previous day.
The restaurant is open daily from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and in July and August until 9:00 p.m. Orders must be placed no later than half an hour before the restaurant closes.
The café and bar are open daily from 10:00 to 20:00, and until 22:00 in July and August.
The hotel has a curfew from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Laundry - to use the laundry service, please contact the reception in advance. Service completion time - up to 24 hours, cost - PLN 40.
Iron and ironing board are located in the corridor on each floor.
Sauna - to book, please contact the reception at least 1 hour before your stay. A bathrobe and slippers are located in the Relaxation Room next to the sauna.
Stables - contact directly at the stables or call 517 316 500.
Billiards - located in the wine cellar, in the basement of the castle, on the right-hand side
Nordic Walking poles - available free of charge at the reception.
Gym - we have an exercise atlas, which creates ideal conditions for improving your fitness, strengthening your muscles and modelling your figure. Keys available at reception.
Massage - please contact the reception to arrange an appointment.
Bicycles - we offer bicycles, ideal for riding the many trails near the castle. The cost is 40 zł/day.
Important information:
The owner and the staff of the castle are not responsible for any items left on the premises of the hotel and the palace and park complex.
We would like to inform you that the area of the Palace and park complex and Rzucewo Castle is monitored.
Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused by them or their visitors to the hotel.
Smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes and tobacco products is strictly prohibited in the hotel rooms. For breaking the ban, the hotel guest will be charged an additional fee of PLN 1000.
